Terms and Conditions
Last updated 10 June 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Aamdani. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Aamdani.
1. Who we are
Aamdani is an expense-tracking service operated from Pakistan by its founder, Syed Muhammad Abdul Karim. In these terms, "Aamdani", "we", "us", and "our" mean the service. "You" means the person using it.
2. What Aamdani does
You forward your bank's transaction emails to a private address we give you. We read each email, pull out the transaction details, and show them back to you. You can also add cash transactions by hand. We never connect to your bank, we never ask for your bank or email password, and we cannot move your money or make any payment for you.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Aamdani.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Forward emails that are not yours, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Break the law, or use Aamdani to harm, defraud, or harass anyone.
- Try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or scrape the service.
- Resell or repackage Aamdani without our written permission.
5. The forwarding address and your emails
You decide which emails to forward. We recommend a filter that forwards only your bank's alerts. We read the forwarded email to extract the transaction, store the result, and then delete the raw email. We keep a one-way hash of the message only to avoid recording the same transaction twice. We do not store the email body.
6. Plans, trials, and payments
- The Free plan is available at no cost.
- Pro is a paid subscription. New accounts can start a 7-day Pro trial.
- Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your settings. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Accuracy and not financial advice
Aamdani reads emails automatically, so a transaction may occasionally be missed, duplicated, or categorised in a way you would not. Always treat your bank's own records as the source of truth. Aamdani helps you understand your spending. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Aamdani running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a major change, we will try to let you know.
9. Our brand and content
The Aamdani name, logo, and the software behind the service belong to us. The data you put in, and the transactions we build from your emails, are yours. You can export or delete them at any time from your settings.
10. Ending your use
You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
11. Liability
Aamdani is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Aamdani after a change, you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
