Refund Policy

We want you to pay for Aamdani Pro only if it is genuinely useful to you. This page explains the trial, cancellations, and when you can get your money back.

The Free plan is always free

You can use Aamdani's Free plan for as long as you like without paying anything. A refund only ever applies to a paid Pro subscription.

Try Pro free for 7 days

New accounts can start a 7-day Pro trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. We suggest trying Pro during the trial so you know it fits before any payment is taken.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from your settings. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

When you can get a refund

  • Monthly Pro: if you are not happy, write to us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full.
  • Annual or multi-year Pro: write to us within 14 days of the purchase for a full refund.
  • If we charged you by mistake, or you were billed twice, tell us and we will put it right.

After these windows, a subscription is non-refundable for the period already in progress, but you keep Pro until that period ends and you will not be charged again once you cancel.

How to request a refund

Email support@aamdani.pk from the address on your account. Tell us your account email and, if you can, the date of the charge. We aim to reply within a few working days, and approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

Payments and processing

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned through Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, a refund can take a few working days to appear.

If anything about billing is unclear, please ask before disputing a charge with your bank. A quick message to support@aamdani.pk is almost always faster.
